What is the HARP Loan Program?

The Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) is designed to assist homeowners in refinancing their mortgages – even if they owe more than the home’s current value.

What are the basic guidelines to qualify for HARP 2.0?

• You still need to show you can qualify for a mortgage with your income & employment.
• Your loan must have been originated BEFORE 6/01/2009.
• Loan must be owned or secured by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. 
• You may benefit even if you are not upside down with your home value!
